Thank you SOO much for sharing those videos. My jaw is still hanging from watching about 3 hours of them. SEO, who needs it, right? lol.
I think your opt-in post is top notch. I've been making a few sales and getting opt-ins free through Squidoo, but it's time to start investing in a huge list for sure.
As long as I'm promoting a converting sales letters your strategy will make squeeze page generation and conversion a cake walk - a 1000 thanks.
One thing about your post: you mentioned not giving away a report/ebook as an incentive, but these can be some of your easiest sales.
For example, you could take what you wrote in the warrior forum and stretch that out to 5-10 pages easily and then have an affiliate link for the email auto-responder you use.
Now, you've got an opt-in who gets a report with your affiliate link(s) and you still provide them with the link to the product site/product page you're promoting, so you've got two swings with one email and they don't even know it.
Then tell them at the end of your report that they can give it away for free or sell it; whatever, as long as the links and content are unchanged. You never know, he/she might use that report to get 100 people to sign up for their list and 10 of those sign up through your opt-in service affiliate link.
...no report is ever "free"...think viral ;)
